Local, insured, and built on word of mouth.
Property Perfection Services is a Portland-based exterior cleaning business covering window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and house & roof softwashing.
Our story
Three years in, still mostly word of mouth.
Property Perfection Services has spent three years working on homes and businesses in and around Portland, Victoria. Most new customers still come from a recommendation rather than an ad — which only happens if the job is done properly the first time.
We turn up when we say we will, quote honestly before any work starts, and stand behind what we do. No inflated call-out fees, no pressure to add on services you don't need.
"If it's not done to a standard we'd accept on our own home, it's not finished."
