How we clear them
Gutters are cleared by hand where it's safe to do so, with a gutter vacuum system used for two-storey homes or gutters that are otherwise hard to reach safely. Downpipes are checked and cleared too — a clean gutter with a blocked downpipe will still overflow.

Common questions
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Most homes benefit from a clean at least once or twice a year, more often if you're surrounded by trees.
What happens if gutters are left too long?
Blocked gutters can overflow and cause water damage to fascia, walls and foundations — a clean now is cheaper than repairs later.
Do you take the debris away with you?
Yes — we clear the gutters and take the leaf litter and debris with us, so there's no cleanup left for you.
Can you check for damage while you're up there?
Yes, we'll flag any loose brackets, rust spots or sagging sections we notice so you know about small issues before they become bigger ones.
Do you install gutter guard?
We don't install gutter guard ourselves, but we're happy to point you toward a local installer if that's something you're considering.
