What we collect

When you use the quote form or call-back form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, property address, the service you're after, and anything you tell us about the job. We don't collect anything beyond what you enter into the form.

What we use it for

Only to get back to you about your quote or enquiry. We don't use your details for anything else, and we don't sell or share your information with other businesses.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, straight to our email inbox. Formspree processes the submission on our behalf and we don't have control over their own technical infrastructure, though we only use them to deliver your enquiry to us.

Photos on this site

Before-and-after photos and videos shown on this site are from real jobs we've completed. We don't publish anything that identifies a customer unless the work itself is the subject of the photo (e.g. a gutter or window), and we're happy to remove a specific photo on request.
